Saint

Saint was developed specifically for the Italian Anglo property market. The product it would help promote are ecologically friendly houses.

The brand could be applied in the UK as Saint, and in Italy as Santo. The rationale was to deliver a brand that would set it apart from the rest of the hum drum property market, and offer an alternative outlook on life. Images of red cities and urban spawl helped to support the strap line ‘Habitats for Guilty Planetarians’. Are you feeling guilty?
